Pembangunan dan Pengembangan Destinasi Wisata Tanoker Berbasis Masyarakat untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Ledokombo

Abstract

Ledokombo Village, Jember Regency, stands out with its beautiful natural characteristics and cultural diversity. The local government and community in Ledokombo Village are committed to exploring their tourism potential as a solution to improve the standard of living and stimulate the local economy. The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the development of the Tanoker tourism destination, 2) the development of the Tanoker tourism destination, and 3) the improvement of the Ledokombo Village community's economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the research show: 1) the development of the Tanoker tourism destination is carried out through: a) strategic planning. Tanoker tourism is built in places with natural beauty, b) potential analysis. Community creativity and natural potential, c) community participation in crafting and local cuisine, d) infrastructure development, e) cultural education, f) promotion through Facebook, Instagram, and Website, g) partnerships with stakeholders, 2) the development of Tanoker tourism through: a) Identification of local potential, in the form of crafts and natural resources, b) Infrastructure improvement, c) Training for local residents in crafting, d) Homestay construction, e) Implementation of sustainable tourism, f) Promotion through social media. 3) Economic improvement: Income of Ledokombo Village residents increased Previously, the majority of their livelihoods were from agriculture and animal husbandry, but afterwards many villagers were involved in the tourism industry as homestay owners, souvenir vendors, or other service providers.
