In today's era, humans are required to be proficient in operating various technologies and information, especially students. Therefore, through practical training activities on the use of the Mendeley application, it is hoped that students or training participants can operate the application proficiently. In this writing, the author employs a qualitative research method with the Action Research technique. The objective is to determine the extent of the success of this training activity. From the results of this writing, it can be seen that in providing training materials to participants, the author follows management functions such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Moreover, the results of this training activity show that participants feel assisted in using the Mendeley application to complete their tasks. Furthermore, they have utilized this application in composing and completing tasks such as papers, observation reports, and theses.
