Abstract

The issues identified by researchers in the survey and direct interviews with members of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Communication Forum (Forkom UMKM) in Lamongan Regency include not only the need for increased online marketing but also the urgency of improving the packaging of food and beverage products produced by them. This community service aims to assist UMKM partners in enhancing the production and marketing processes through the implementation of e-SCM applications and digital marketing strategies. The method employed in this community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). This method is effective because it focuses on UMKM actors, addresses issues optimally, and encourages active participation from them. The implementation of community service involves socialization, training, technology application, monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The use of E-SCM applications is highly beneficial, especially in overcoming raw material constraints. UMKM actors can obtain direct information from suppliers and synchronize marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Shopee, and Tokopedia. Despite challenges such as time constraints, lack of attractive product photos, and technological understanding, partners are expected to continuously improve their digital business skills. In addition to E-SCM, exploring similar platforms is crucial for marketing and management. Government support is also necessary to enable UMKM products to be distributed online.
