Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital 5.0 era requires all business sectors to adopt digital transformation in marketing and payment systems, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The “PINTAR UMKM” program was implemented to enhance sales performance and marketing reach through online platforms. This program involved socialization and mentoring activities to help MSME entrepreneurs optimize digital technology in their business operations. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program included needs assessments, training in digital marketing strategies, the use of e-commerce and social media, as well as the implementation of digital payment systems via QRIS to reduce the risks of fraud and counterfeit money circulation. Throughout the implementation, participants received counseling, intensive assistance, and periodic evaluations to ensure effective and sustainable outcomes. The results indicated an increase in digital transactions and sales volume, along with improved motivation among MSME actors to continue adapting to the digital era. Therefore, the digitalization of MSMEs in Umbulsari Village not only supports business sustainability in a competitive global market but also contributes to improving the welfare of the local community.
